Approaches to Tribunal Representation
Gillian Bull and John Seargeant

This third report in PSI's series on legal services looks at the tribunal representation work carried out by advice agencies without solicitors. It examines the type and volume of work being carried out; how decisions about whether to represent clients or not are made, and makes recommendations for a merits test and outcome measures for tribunal representation work. The authors suggest a pilot project to develop these recommendations.
