Health Information for Older People

This report is an evaluation of a project in Dorset which set out to develop and test different ways of delivering information about health to older people. A range of different services were set up in different settings, and for different target groups amongst the older population. These were evaluated, and the report contains a 'Guidelines' section which draws out the good practice and lessons learnt for the benefit of others wishing to develop services.
