PSI researchers present at Oxford complexity conference

PSI’s Ben Shaw and Pete Barbrook-Johnson will be presenting on ‘Dealing with complexity when evaluating environmental policies’ at an event at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, this week.

The event, We Need to Talk About Complexity, brings together scholars from a wide range of disciplines within and beyond the healthcare field to consider different approaches to the study of complexity, with the aim to produce a collection of papers for submission to an academic journal. Ben and Pete’s presentation will focus on the work of the Centre for the Evaluation of Complexity Across the Nexus (CECAN), a £3m national research centre hosted by the University of Surrey in which PSI is playing a leading role.
