Corporate Support for Higher Education


This survey of the 'Top 200' companies shows how the major companies are discharging their role as supporters of higher education. The report reveals the substantial part played by the companies in providing financial support for students, which proves to be on a par with their spending on academic research and development. It also shows how manufacturing industry continues to be the chief support for higher education, even while the service sector takes an increasingly large proportion of new graduates.
